Just finished making deviled eggs *nom nom nom* (Taken with picplz.)

^_^ Deviled Eggs
12 Hard boiled eggs1/4 cup of mayonaise1 teaspoon of sugar1 teaspoon of white vinegar1 tablespoon of mustard1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of pepperdiced of dill picklespaprika
(and sometimes I usually like to put really chopped up celery and onions, with some bacon bits thrown in but I was making do with what I had this time so if you want I recommend it. It gives it more texture instead of being all creamy-ness)
Soooo, First just just cut the eggs horizontal. Put the whites to the side for now and throw the yolks in a bowl.  Take a fork and smash the yolks up pretty good. ((Try to “de-clumpify” it as much as possible)) hehe Then in that same bowl add the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it really well so it’s more of a creamy consistency. ((this is where you add the celery, onion and bacon bits if you have it)) Then put that mixture into a ziplock bag. Cut a small corner on the bottom of the bag (think like 1/4”). Then using that as a piping bag just squeeze the mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle the diced up pickles and paprika on top and pop it in the fridge to chill until you are ready to devour them.
((keep in mine I usually get dozens of fresh eggs from family all the time, so if you’d like you could cut my recipe ingredients in half just in case you don’t feel like eating THAAAT much))
enjoy!

Jelly Shot Test Kitchen

“Jell-ing classic cockatils, one drink at a time…”

Jelly Shots are classic cocktails translated into gelatin form, i.e. a grown-up version of the Jell-O Shot (sans Dixie cups, of course!).

FYI. I think Cinnamon Toast Crunch (cereal) changed their box. I saw it at target yesterday and it had a little tiny cute piece of toast on it with a face. 0_0 …and yes, I wanted to buy it immediately. lol So I was realizing how in japan they put a cute faces on food products and it automatically intrigues me to buy it in a heart beat. So why don’t we do that in America? SEERIOUSLY if there was a large selection of cheesey food with a face on it…. I would eat more. well more than I do already. MY trip to target inspired me and I made this silly mini coloring book. It’s only 8 pages so ^_^ print it out, color and enjoy!
